Bernard "Biff" Pettingill, Jr., Ph.D.
Forensic Economist and Founder, Pettingill Analytics.

Court-tested economic analysis for nearly four decades.
Dr. Pettingill founded the practice in 1985 and has since testified by deposition or trial in more than 2,500 cases across 29 U.S. states and the US Virgin Islands. His Ph.D. in Economics is paired with long-running academic affiliations at the institutions listed below and substantial experience in healthcare and medical practice economics.
The work is intentionally narrow. Dr. Pettingill quantifies economic damages — lost earnings, lost earning capacity, lost benefits, household services, present value of future medical and attendant care, business and practice valuation. He does not opine outside that discipline, and the resulting reports are designed to survive Daubert and Frye scrutiny in every jurisdiction where he has appeared.
