Privacy Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2026.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide through the case-inquiry form and direct correspondence: name, firm, contact details, jurisdiction, case type, and the case description you submit.
2. How we use it
To assess scope, run a conflicts check, and determine fit for an engagement. Information is shared internally with the team members necessary to evaluate the inquiry and is not sold or shared with third parties.
3. CCPA / CPRA
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. Direct CCPA / CPRA requests to biffpett@gmail.com.
4. Retention
Inquiry information for matters that do not become engagements is retained for a reasonable period for conflicts-check purposes and then deleted.
5. Cookies and analytics
This site uses minimal first-party cookies necessary for routing and form security. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.
